Privacy Policy

• When you contact us or book a call: your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you write in your message.
• When you try a live demo: what you type into the demo form, such as a name, email address, phone number and message. If you enter an office email address to see the office alert, the demo sends it there.
• When you run the free lead capture audit: the business name and city you enter. We look up public information about that business, such as its Google Maps listing and reviews, to write the audit.
• When you call a business that uses our missed call text back: your phone number, the time of the call, and any text messages you send in reply.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We also use IP addresses for a short time to block spam and abuse of our forms.

• To reply to you, run the demo you asked for, and send the emails that come with it.
• To provide our service to the businesses we work with, for example passing your message to the business you called, sending one automatic text after a missed call, or sending a review request after a visit.
• To keep our forms and phone numbers safe from spam and abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you call a business that uses AutoFlow Growth and nobody can answer, you may receive one text message from that business’s number so you can reply with what you need. Your replies go to that business.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the providers that deliver the messages for us.

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that number, or reply HELP for help. Our Terms have the full text message terms.

• The business you contacted. When you call or text a business that uses our service, or fill out a form on its website, we pass your information to that business so it can help you.
• Service providers that run parts of our service for us, only as needed: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (calls and text messages), Formspree (contact form delivery), Apify (public business data for the audit) and Anthropic (writes the audit text from public business data).
• When the law requires it, or to protect against fraud or abuse.

When we run automations for a business, such as website inquiry follow ups or review requests, we handle its customers’ information on that business’s behalf and only to provide the service. That business’s own privacy policy also applies.

Our missed call text back does not record voicemail and does not keep calls or messages in a database of our own. Our messaging provider’s log and the emails sent to the business are the only records.

We keep contact and demo information only as long as we need it to reply and follow up, and we delete it sooner if you ask. Our email and messaging providers keep their own delivery logs for a limited time.

• Ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Stop text messages from a number at any time by replying STOP.
• Stop emails from us by replying to any email and telling us.

Our service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
